Use of the electricity charging service
Currenta YourCharge – App
Please download the app “Currenta YourCharge” from the Apple Store / Google Play Store onto your smartphone.
The app automatically selects the language of the operating system.
After opening the app for the first time, please register under the menu item “Login”.
Please select “Private use” under “Use”. Important note: Please enter your business e-mail address ([email protected]). This is required for the assignment of the usage group (company XY) and the dispatch of your monthly performance record.
Enter your personal data. There are mandatory fields and fields for voluntary entries. Important note: The postal address must be entered in order for the RFID card to be sent to you. The initial registration is completed.
After the initial registration has been completed, the operator carries out the verification (1-2 working days).
After successful verification, you will receive an e-mail from Currenta with the relevant information. Important note: Until you receive this e-mail, your registration is saved in the system but not yet activated. This means that you cannot log in to the app – before receiving this email.
After receiving the email, your registration is successfully completed and you can activate the app. To do so, please enter your payment information (credit card only) in the app under the menu item “User account” – “Options” tab – “Manage” section under “Means of payment”. Important note: You cannot use the service without entering your payment information. Please confirm the credit card as the standard means of payment. The credit card to be deposited must have a validity of min. 3 months and have the 3D-Secure functionality.
Now you can already use the unlocked charging points via the app.
Furthermore, you can also use the RFID card for the use of activated charging points. This will be sent to you by post after successful registration.
